  25. For a second opinion, please get knewstru.zip from TeleGodzilla or the
  26. FTP site.

  28. After one has digested the information in knewstru.zip, the question of
  29. who is accurate may arise.  Consider this: Frank da Cruz was invited to
  30. the Protocol Shootout described in knewstru.zip.  The Protocol Shootout
  31. was held in public (references in knewstru.zip).  On the other hand,
  32. neither Columbia University nor Frank da Cruz have given me the same
  33. courtesy.
